A little more about me
I am most fulfilled when helping people grow. Whether someone is navigating depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, trauma, change or simply feeling overwhelmed, I believe counselling can provide the space to better understand ourselves and what we need.
My role is to provide a safe and thoughtful space where we can explore what’s happening in your life, understand the experiences and patterns beneath it, and support you in finding your own way forward and work towards meaningful change.

Experience beyond
the counselling room.
Before becoming a counsellor, Cora spent 20 years in senior leadership roles, leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-pressure environments. She also brings extensive experience in critical incident response, supporting individuals and organisations through challenging and unexpected traumatic events.
This experience provides a deep understanding of responsibility, complexity, decision-making, people challenges and leading through change.
20 years in banking and finance including senior leadership roles
Board Director experience within the not-for-profit sector, with involvement in governance, strategic direction, organisational decision-making and supporting sustainable outcomes.
Experience in strategy, governance, people leadership, mediation, conflict management and change
An understanding of the realities of working and leading in complex environments
Interested in counselling for leaders?
Critical incident response experience supporting individuals and teams across government agencies, corporate, retail, healthcare, not-for-profit and education settings.
