EXECUTIVE COUNSELLING
Leadership asks a lot of you.
It should not cost you yourself.
Confidential, evidence-informed counselling for executives, senior leaders, business owners and professionals navigating the psychological and emotional demands of leadership.
Helping leaders perform at their best without losing themselves.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Exhausted, but unable to switch off
Replaying or second-guessing decisions
Overloaded by competing responsibilities
Shorter patience or increased frustration
Personal relationships feeling the impact
Questioning whether your pace is sustainable
THE REALITY OF LEADERSHIP
You can be performing well and still be struggling.
Leadership pressure does not always look like someone falling apart. It can look like continuing to deliver while feeling increasingly exhausted, disconnected, frustrated or uncertain underneath.

You may find it harder to switch off. Decisions that once came easily may require more effort. Your patience may be shorter. Difficult workplace relationships may take up more mental space than you would like. Or you may simply find yourself wondering whether the way you are working is sustainable anymore.
Sometimes the challenge
is not performance at all.
It is the weight of being
the person everyone
expects to perform.
Executive counselling provides a confidential space where you do not need to have the answer, manage anyone else's response or maintain the appearance that everything is fine.
WHO IS EXECUTIVE COUNSELLING FOR?
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
Vedere Executive Counselling has been developed for people carrying significant professional and organisational responsibility, including:
Executive counselling recognises that professional performance and personal wellbeing are not separate.
Executives & Senior Leaders
Navigating pressure, complexity, competing priorities, organisational change and the expectations that come with senior leadership.
Business Owners
Managing the emotional and psychological demands of carrying responsibility for a business, employees, clients and their own livelihood.
Professionals in High-Pressure Roles
Managing demanding environments, complex relationships, high expectations or periods of significant professional change.
Executive Burnout
Still performing, quietly running on empty.
Emotional Labour
So much time managing others that there is little left for you.
Leadership Identity
Separating who you are from what you achieve.
Psychological Safety
Your team may experience your leadership differently from the way you intend it.
Boundaries
More responsibility can mean always being available and little time for yourself.
Decision Fatigue
When you make decisions for everyone else, even small decisions feel difficult.
Sustainable Success
The way you achieved success may not be the way you can sustain it.
The program can be accessed privately by an individual or sponsored by an organisation seeking structured support for a leader.
The program can also be tailored for emerging and developing leaders. The program provides a strong foundation for developing a confident, self-aware and sustainable leadership style from the outset.
